Eggs are agricultural products and may naturally vary in:
Size
Shell appearance
Color
Shape
Packaging
Availability
Such ordinary variations do not necessarily constitute a defect.

2. Product Inspection

Site Check

Customers should inspect products upon receipt. If a customer identifies a damaged, cracked, contaminated, incorrect, or otherwise concerning product, the customer should avoid consuming it and contact RocFarm Eggs promptly.

3. Food Safety

Customers are responsible for following applicable food-storage and handling instructions after receiving products. Where applicable, customers should refrigerate eggs and other perishable products promptly and maintain appropriate storage conditions.

4. Business Customers Responsibilities

Restaurants, bakeries, hotels, caterers, retailers, and other commercial customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate food-storage, handling, and food-safety procedures after delivery.

5. Quality Claims Procedure

Quality complaints should include the order number and sufficient information for RocFarm Eggs to identify the applicable order and investigate the matter. We may request photographs or other evidence where appropriate.
